Ingredients

eggs
at room temp
½
cup
almond milk
or other non-dairy milk

Tablespoon
maple syrup
optional

Tablespoon
melted coconut
or avocado oil

teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
cup
fine blanched almond flour
2
teaspoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
½
teaspoon
sea salt
cooking spray for the waffle iron
Toppings: maple syrup
fresh berries, nut butter, bananas, etc.
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron to medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
Whisk together wet ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour ½ cup of the mixture into preheated waffle iron, close and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from waffle iron, plate and top with maple syrup, nut butter and fresh berries for serving.
